About The Event
Self Indulgence Sunday Creative Class is for Pink Mafia Only.

On Feb 10th 2019, Self Indulgence Sundays will focus on learning how to turn the world off around you, focus only on yourself, and your dreams.
This 1 hour and 45 min class will be led by candle light and relaxation music. Mimosas and snacks will be provided.
Please wear comfortable clothing for the Yoga/Pilates stretching portion.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if desired.
P.S. Bring a blanket & comfortable pillow for our "Dreams Therapy" portion of the session. Dream Therapy will be followed by entering into your provided dream journals and a positive open group dream discussion.
